OVERHEAD DOOR OF ALPENA

Overhead door was called and came out two days later when our garage door was broken. Came out on a Saturday!! Very professional, done in an hour and very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them!!

Fried my circuit board on my odyssey 1000 on Wednesday night hanging ceiling in my garage called them Thursday morning to get me on their schedule Saturday morning he was in and out before noon. Awesome and fast work. Thank you much appreciated.

I haven’t had better service from a company before. Overhead door answered on the first ring and listened to what I needed and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and were honest. Then, within a few days they were out to repair it. They were done within 30 mins and I didn’t even have to be present while they were there. They charged me much less than you would think to replace the sensor eyes and the torsion spring. They then called me when it was done and were flexible with their payment options. It was great service all around.

Don’t use their service if you have side mount openers that you didn’t purchase and have installed from them. The gentleman that came out to service ours refused to even attempt to fix them because he didn’t like the brand we had purchased and was extremely rude. The only thing they could do for me was purchase their product and have them install it. I wish I would have known that prior to scheduling so as not to waste my time and theirs. I would have paid them to install new openers for us but I will be going to a different local business with how I was treated. I did give 2 stars because they were very prompt to fit me into their schedule.

Great service, very knowledgeable. They were able to repair my garage door quickly and inexpensively after a spring cable broke causing damage to the track system. Their honesty and know-how earned them a loyal customer.
