Jeff and his crew have taken care of the garage door on my parents house. Very professional from the estimate through to payment.Speaking with Jeff on the estimate, very knowledgeable, understanding and will point you to what you need. Allison with the scheduling and keeping me aware of what was going on as I could not be there for the install. Area was cleaner than before they started the job. Keystone was very communicative. The appointment was easy to make and they came well prepared with everything we might have needed. Dan fixed everything we asked. One of our garage doors got a new opener, one needed the battery in the keypad replaced, and he attached the bottom seal that we hadn't done yet. Super accommodating and very nice.

They installed my garage door 15 years ago. I called them because the main spring broke. They still had all the information on record to make the spring as they do them custom in their shop. They came out and spent 15 minutes and the garage door is back up and running. Extremely friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

EXCELLENT! Excellent customer service, excellent installation, excellent product quality. My husband and I took our time finding the best company for the price, door selection and expertise. Keystone was the one! A huge shout out to to Alison in the office. (She knows what I mean. Lol!)Photos show the doors now and how they were prior to installation. New doors are so quiet; and it's nice not to get rained on getting out to open or close the doors.Next item on the agenda: power washing our roof and driveway :).
