The people who answer the phone are pleasant and easy to talk to. After a short discussion I was sent via email a sheet with options and prices. I appreciated that. In follow up they helped me make a good decision. I had them replace my garage door opener. Install was quick and easy. There have been no problems so far. Really, it couldn't have gone better.

The spring on my garage door broke on Sunday afternoon. I called A1 Door Sunday evening on their emergency line got a call back within about 40 minutes. The person who called me was very friendly and scheduled a tech to come out the next day. The tech did a great job of of temporarily fixing the door that morning. They ordered the new springs and we're out to install them two days later. I'm very happy with the service they provided.

A torsion spring broke on one of my garage doors. An A-1 technician was out the next day and made a temporary repair. The final repair was completed a few days later after a new spring was available.Fast, friendly, professional, solid work, fair price. Will definitely use in the future.
