Eastern Garage Door

Eastern Garage Door was highly recommended on my town’s facebook group. Now I know why. Victor came out on time, worked quickly, and was a pro start to finish. Fast and low cost aren’t words I use much these days dealing with any home improvement. Big fan of eastern. Great service from the first call to the work itself. Highly recommend them.

Had an appointment for between 12 - 3pm the tech called at 11:25 on his way, the sensors needed some adjustment the door seemed to be picking up speed on the last foot of travel. Bobby L. the tech identified the problems the door was having. He proceeded to adjust the springs and lubed the bearing plates, rollers, and springs. He also set the torque on the motor. The tech did a great job he was extremely knowledgeable, I am glad I got him. I will be requesting him when my two daughter's doors need repairs or service.

A+ to these folks! Sales and customer service have been excellent, as well as very competitive pricing. During the initial installation they ran into some hiccups, but they quickly resolved everything. In particular, Bobby the installer did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend this company and would purchase from them again.

Wonderful company to work with! They replaced and repaired my garage door with such ease and professionalism. I couldn’t have made a better choice. Everything is upgraded and works perfectly. The price is the best in the market, every where else was almost double the price. So glad I made the choice to work with this company.

Eastern Garage Door is fantastic, they did a great job installing my new door and opener, quick and professional. They handled the whole process (and my confusion about something which was all on me) with grace and patience. Thank you Lauren and Victor!
