ELITE DOOR LLC

Don't do business with Elite Door. The guy makes you pay the deposit for no work. It has been 2 months and I never heard back from the guy. Still waiting for my new door.

I have dealt with Mr. Hightower in the past and had no reservations about dealing with him a d Elite Door, LLC. I gave him $2125 as half down on October 16, 2024, to order new garage door for my residence and was told it would take one month to come in. I began to try and communicate with Mr. Hightower on December 10, 2024 via phone and text messages with no response. The phone number is now saying no longer in service and the address to the business is an apartment complex with no idea of which one is his. I just filed a complaint with the BBB. I am an understanding person, and pray that all is well with him, but fair is fair and business is business.

Elite doors just installed a new garage door at our house. We had the best customer service experience with them. They showed up first thing in the morning and replaced our entire system within one hour! They left the space clean in proper working order. Cannot recommend them enough!
