JEI Structural Engineering was very impressed with Jordan Massey a commercial technician who came out and very quickly assessed the problem with three doors then fixed them promptly. We’ve actually had other technicians look at the problem and never fix it f from other companies. It was wonderful to see Jordan out there with all the right tools going to all the extra effort to get the doors working correctly.

This review reflects my personal experience and opinion.I contacted DH Pace to obtain a quote for a front door closer arm after the company was highly recommended to me by LiftMaster, whom I am currently working with on a separate project. Based on that recommendation, I expected a professional and transparent engagement.I was connected with Sam Venegas, who requested that I send photos in order for him to provide pricing. After reviewing his quote, it was materially higher than every other estimate I received for the same scope of work. When I asked reasonable, basic questions to understand the pricing structure and cost breakdown—so I could make an informed purchasing decision—Sam refused to provide any explanation.The interaction then escalated in an entirely unacceptable manner. During the conversation, Sam made disparaging and offensive remarks about my home, referring to it as “a piece of crap.” He went on to state that he only works on “multi-million dollar projects,” emphasized that DH Pace is a “multi-billion dollar company,” and told me that I should take my business elsewhere. He then abruptly hung up the phone.This behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely inconsistent with how any reputable organization should treat prospective customers. Following the call, I contacted DH Pace directly to report the incident and requested a callback. No one from the company followed up or attempted to address the issue.Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to think carefully before engaging with this company. The lack of professionalism, transparency, accountability, and basic customer respect was alarming.

DH Pace employs people who drive around cutting people off and flipping them off and have THE most sensitive receptionist. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND TRASH.
