IBP - Southern Insulators & Special

We hired the company to out R21 in our ext walls as it fits perfectly in 2x6 cavity. We went by when they were about done and had double R 11 with no face shoved in the walls. I told them I wasn’t happy it was falling out, they did not split the insulation between wiring like you are supposed to and framed around plumbing and little sections. I text Dan several times and by the time he got back to me I told him forget it me and my husband took off from work and fixed it the best we could. I am mad at myself for not pulling the crap out and telling him to come get it and do what I asked. To try to shut me up, they offered me a 10% discount. No thank you. Disappointed is an understatement.

These guys have done two jobs for me so far. Their work was great, workers are resilient, and customer service was great. We did not have all of the cash in hand for the second job and they were absolutely willing to work with me.10/10 would buy again.

Price was very fair. Service was good. Workers did as requested. The work was done to my satisfaction which for most seems hard to do.Only thing that didn’t go as planned was notice was short. I was called after the truck showed up at the property. I did get there quickly and the work was done so no harm really. There is room for improvements in company communications.

Truck #120 going 90mph in a 70mph zone that should be going 65. Dirty truck, too, with a clean "now hiring" sign. Must get whoever they can because they have other reviews talking about the drivers, as well as their craft. Enjoy another 1* for having the same issue 3 years later.

Best of the Best. Easy to find off of hwy 1081. Dirt road. Over night parking for truckers.
