ACTION OVERHEAD DOOR INC

We had a new garage door opener installed today. Wanted to have better security & features with the MyQ capabilities. Thurman was our technician. He was efficient & worked quickly. Took time to explain all of the features of the new opener, including helping me set a new keypad code. When setting the keypad code, he was conscientious enough to look away to show he wasn't trying to see the code I set. And at no time did he seem rushed; he was happy to answer all of the questions I had & took the time to explain things thoroughly. He was very professional & friendly. Oh, and btw, it was 17 frigid degrees outside!!! And he still wasn't trying to rush off! Thank you, Thurman, and Action Overhead Doors!

Repairman came when promised, even through snow. He was very nice and polite, fixed the damaged area and even performed maintenance on the mechanism. Charge was reasonable for the services and he did not try to upsell me on anything. Very satisfied.

Action Overhead Door replaced our garage opener and did a great job. My husband has disabled the codes twice. Adam has come out and reset them for us with great efficiency. He is excellent with his skills.

The Service Technician (ADAM) professional serviced my moms overhead garage door while we both stood by and he updated us on all the updated maintenance procedures he performed with the replacement of the garage door seal he replaced due to shrinkage. The mice are once again without easy entry! He was very thorough on lubricating all the hinges and was courteous & nice! He even cleaned out debris out of light cover where it looked like the birds might of tried to start a nest to eliminate any fire hazard. Perfectionism!
