I called at 8:10am and Chad showed up at 8:50am. I just had a broken a torsion spring on my single car garage door. I work 3rd shift and they worked with me so well. He replaced the spring. I told him about the top panel of the door being cracked. He put a 12 ft reinforcing strip on it for me that they had leftover from another job. Chad was very personable and professional. I appreciate the way this company does buisness. From the initial call to the signing of the paperwork. Just solid, flawless local american buisness!

My garage door opener broke and had a belt hanging down. I called Elite based on a Claude AI inquiry but that was a mistake. Elite sent a truck with a different name on it and quoted me $1200. They tried to sell me a whole door with financing but you could NOT SEE ANY DETAILS OF THE FINANCING until AFTER you signed agreeing to pay. (Huge red flag). I thought it was too expensive so I wanted to clarify the $1200 price but he then said it was $1400. I declined and called Sprigler. I'm so glad that I did, too. Sprigler came out the next morning and informed me that the belt had a lifetime warranty on it and all I had to pay would be a $150 service fee. The opener got fixed and the tech moved a brace up to near a small cack on the door making it sturdier and quieter.I'm very happy with the entire experience with Sprigler and will be calling them when I'm ready to replace the entire door.Thank you very much Sprigler.Very happy customer

Another positive experience with Sprigler! We had a spring break on our overhead late Friday afternoon and Sprigler had their crew out Monday morning as promised. The technicians, Travis and William, were friendly, professional, and communicative. They replaced the spring, serviced the door, and serviced our other garage door. They also gave us a mini-course in how the safety systems work on the doors and what to look out for in the future. It's easy to see why Sprigler has such a good reputation in our area!

I had Sprigler replace my garage door September of 2025 because the spring had broken and the door itself was not insulated and had holes. I was very pleased with the work. Fast forward to 2026 February and the story took a left turn. The garage door can't be closed without holding down the garage door control on the wall and it is not the sensors. I reached out to them since they told me I had a warranty on it only to be told that it does not apply because I didn't replace the motor. They never told me I had to replace it. Left a very bad taste in my mouth. They won't even come out to check the problem without charging me. Never ever doing business with them . My next stop is BBB.EDIT***** Owner reached out to me and they had someone come out and fix it. It was actually the original person that installed the garage door and he was amazing . He restored my faith. I am very pleased.

Our Garage door stopped working.I called the office and the employee I spoke to was incredibly nice.They got me on the schedule the same day.The tech, Travis, was incredibly nice and professional.He got the door replaced quickly and the door is working great now.I will continue to use and recommend this company for any garage door needs.
