DC Garage Doors & Entry

Had issue with my garage door. Called them, they had an opening from a cancelation and came out within an hour. Had my door fixed in about 45 minutes. Both workers that came out were friendly.

Came to my house less than 2 hours after my call. Randy the service person installed 2 torsion springs in an hour. My garage door is now running smoothly. Would recommend DC Door , their price was reasonable.

Great service. On time, came with everything handy. Waylon was very professional, nice to talk to. Didn't mind me sitting outside while he worked and gave me some maintenance tips for throughout the year. One of the few services I've used where I enjoyed chatting with the professional that came out and did the work. Would recommend to any family and friends in a heartbeat.

Wonderful experience with this company from start to finish. Went above and beyond to do a good job and worked hard getting it done. The owner chose to go with a more expensive wood, to frame in the garage door, no upcharge, and made the comment he couldn't stand to drive by and see his work if he used cheap materials. That tells me a lot about his work ethics.

When I used the online form to reach DC Garage door, found on the Plymouth, indiana website for that company... I was called promptly within a day of posting, by what I assumed was a person at the Plymouth, IN branch of this store. We scheduled an appointment for between 9-noon 2 weeks later. The day before the appointment, the customer service agent called to confirm the appointment, and when asked, mentioned that my appointment was their 1st call of the day, so to plan for an early call. When I called the Plymouth, indiana store today at 11am, to find out when to expect the service crew since I was assuming 1st appontment meant... early, she informed me that they didn't have an appointment for me, with the rejoinder of "are you sure you didn't schedule with the Knox, IN branch?"... well no I am not sure...so I call Knox. No answer. I call Knox again. Answer, customer service....yes they have me scheduled, but the service person is installing a spring somewhere else. I thought I was the first appointment... anyhow, she apologizes for the misinformation and says she will call the service person to see where he is now... that was at 11:15am. I mentioned at this point that I assumed u could make a 1 pm appointment based on the phone call from yesterday... and that if it was going to run up against that time, I would need to know to either cancel this garage door appointment, or cancel my 1 pm appointment...here I sit at noon now. Still no service person, and no call back with info about if I should cancel my 1 pm appointment... I am pushing the lawn mower back into the garage, and calling a different company. If a business has a Plymouth Branch in eastern time zone... then schedules you without making you aware with a central time zone branch.... And then follows up with not returning your phone call to let you know if you can make that 1 pm appointment. .. Then they have sort of dropped the ball. I still have to work an 8 hour shift today... and thanks to waiting around until noon.. With no call no show. I will have to do that shift until the late night.
