She knew she was their for general maintenance, but also identified additional issues, and was able to replace cables on both sides of the door. Amazing service and price!! I Had atleast 6 other people come out just to tell me a higher quote and that they could not service my Wayne Dalton system. Service tech Jaclyn had it repaired in a hour or so and even serviced my small door for no extra charge! Don't even bother calling anyone else, just call EIC!

I had a great experience with Jaclyn Brennanman, EIC Service Technician, today. I’d had an annoying “pop” sound every time my 1-year old garage door was opening, but never called about it until my warranty was about to expire…tomorrow! Jacquline is fabulous!!! She provided above and beyond quality service today at my home when she replaced a broken garage door entry key pad. While she was here, she inspected the garage door track and made it more straight and tightened the loosen garage door chain. The door works soo smoothly now!! I appreciate quality customer service. Jacquline provided that today. She told me she wanted to service my garage door in the same manner as she would service her grandmother’s garage door!!! Wow!!! That’s refreshing!! I’ll be using EIC for my garage door needs in the future and requesting Jacqueline!!!

EIC and Jaclyn were amazing. They were very clear and fair on their pricing, and their communication and customer service were great. I needed two springs replaced, and Jaclyn was in and out in about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend.
