IBP - OVERHEAD DOOR CO OF FT WAYNE

I called on Monday around 3:30pm and was on the schedule Tuesday at noon. Dan Green showed up and was great! He talked me through everything he was doing, explaining the ins and outs of why it broke and how to fix it. He was able to fix my overhead door quickly and without issue. He then inspected and serviced my other garage door free of charge. Dan was respectful of my property and cleaned up after the project was finished. He even gave suggestions for products to use to increase the life of my garage doors. 5️ service!

Dan G came out and the absolute best. He was very kind and took his time to explain everything so I understood! He also showed me how to maintain the spring and pins with lube spray. Overhead you have a definite asset with Dan on your team! I highly recommend your company and especially him! Well done!!

My Door wasn't working. I called OD and they were very friendly and understood the problem. they said they would send a rep the next morning.The gentleman was Dan Green and he called and arrived right on time. Dan is extremely personal and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He fixed it and had the door working within 15 minutes. I had him add a keypad and he had a supply with him.I worked for a service company my whole career and know your front line folks are the key to your brandl can tell the management of overhead door that Dan is a wonderful representative of your company and you are lucky to have him

Had a great experience after my garage door spring unexpectedly snapped during the day. I was able to get an appointment the morning I called! Dan G was very personable, efficient, and thorough. Will use Overhead Door again in the future!

Just had my garage door replaced and it looks and works awesome! Ryan, the installer was absolutely fantastic. I purposely stopped working to write this review. Ryan, as a pretty young guy, seems to have the skill base and professional right for this type of job. He was amazing. Very, very professional and courteous friendly. Explained everything to me and was able to get everything done really well in a timely manner. My kudos and five stars go to Ryan. Please keep sending him to Hunt Club apts.

Called on Thursday to set up an appointment for spring replacements as mine broke. They were able to work around my hectic schedule and came and completed the job in a timely manner. Dan G. did a fantastic job and got my door working like it should! Also educated me on proper maintenance of the door which I never knew. Would recommend 100%
