Hi Iam here in West Allis Wisconsin my experience with this company is a nightmare over 7 months ordered my doors on June 8th sale rep sent me a invoice that my doors will be here in August. week after week it was a different story the hardware wasn't in then the doors were not on the truck then the panels were not the right size.I called about every two weeks same thing something was always missing from my order so I talked to the rep he told me it would be at least till March maybe??????? So I canceled the job the rep said from my deposit I would get over a thousand dollars in refund in a couple of days that was on January 12th a week passed no refund I called on Wednesday January 19th talked to a boss i think he told me yes it will be back on my card by the end of the week Saturday January 22nd no refund. I called Saturday the 22nd no one had a answer for me a lady said I she would have billing call me on Monday we will see i have my doubts.
