J & D Door Sales Inc

All of my interactions with the employees in the office were friendly and helpful. My installer Dave was very particular and did an outstanding and professional job. I couldn't be any happier with J&D Door, highly recommended!

I recently worked with J&D Door Sales, Inc., and the entire experience was top-tier from start to finish. From the initial consultation to have my double wide garage door replaced, their sales team set a fantastic standard. They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, providing genuine expert guidance and helping me navigate the best options for my home without any pressure.Their communication throughout the scheduling process was just as impressive. They coordinated smoothly around my availability and kept me proactively informed leading up to the installation day, so I was never left guessing about arrival windows or timelines. On installation day, the crew arrived right on time and were complete professionals. Before touching anything, they clearly laid out the plan of work for the day and took extra time to ensure any final questions were addressed. The craftsmanship and attention to detail during the install were outstanding, and they left the workspace spotless. It is rare to find a company that delivers exceptional service across sales, project management, and field installation all in one go. I highly recommend J&D Door Sales to anyone looking for quality products and seamless service.Tom S

Absolutely amazing customer service! Communication was phenomenal! Price was extremely fair! I had my garage door break on a Sunday, and this company actually reached out to me immediately. Asking if I was ok? Is your car locked in the garage? I was not in an urgent situation but that was awesome. We continued our conversation . Just had me send a couple pictures of my broken garage doors springs. He gave me a quote over the phone. Extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions. And with great timing Came out and fixed it. Im in New Lenox Il and highly recommend Jason and J & D!

I have been pleased with the service that I have received from J&D sales! Dan was requested at another location, and he called to advise of possible delay in arrival to my home. He made followup call advising that he was enroute. Made necessary repair, and explained process and answered my questions. Additionally I asked friends WHO to contact for service and J&D Sales was the recommendation. I WILL use company in the future as needed, and refer others.

We were thrilled at how quickly J&D was able to respond. The work done was very thorough as well. We take it for granted-our garage door working properly. We were fortunate for the service we received from J&D!
