The Garage Door Store was knowledgeable about all the options and helped guide us in the right direction on our new door's materials. They were more affordable than some other bids we got (even when the bids were for the exact same products!) and the materials arrived sooner than we expected. The install was quick, well-executed, and the final product looks fantastic.

I backed out of my garage not seeing that the door wasn't completely up and hit the bottom panel of the door with the spoiler on the top of my car and needless to say ruined both of them - I calledanother company and they came out and got the car out of the garage and the door down and gave me a bill and then a bid to replace the door and told me it could take a week or two to get the door.Since I needed another bid for my insurance company and in searching the internet sawGarage Door Store Boise and all the great five star reviews and decided to call them and soglad I did. The owner Kevin came to my home within an hour and gave me a bid to replace everything and told me he could send a crew the next morning and the bid was much lower!!!His installers Rob and Ian came the next morning as scheduled and within a couple of hourseverthing was completed (new 18 foot insulated door, track, torsion bars, garage door opener with 2 remote controls and keyless entry ,all new wiring, and weatherstripping) and the installation was top notch, professional, and Rob stayed showing me how to releaselatch on new opener in case the power was out and rekey remote if needed and told me whattheir service call prices were and are half of what I paid to the other company I had called.So I'm totally sold on Garage Door Store Boise for all my garage door needs in the futureand want to give 15 stars to that company -Five to each Kevin, Rob, and Ian and want tosay THANK YOU, THANK YOU, and again THANK YOU !!!

The torsion spring broke Thursday night so our garage door was not useable. We called several companies and they were booked through the following week. Our friend Chris at Blackwood Interiors suggested we call Kevin at Garage Door Store Boise. Making a call around 9:30am on a Friday morning and they had an opening between 1-3pm that same day!Scott was our tech, texted us when he was 10 min away. He was nice and courteous and diagnosed the issue immediately. He had all the parts needed to repair the garage door. Within the hour, the door was back in action! And it was reasonable priced.We cannot be more happy for choosing Garage Door Store Boise to take care of our garage door.
