FERGUSON ENTERPRISES INC

Driver entrance is an outcrop in the middle of the building. It is not marked driver entrance or shipping and receiving. Looks just like a plain old employee entrance. Super nice people though. Use call box at gate. Take papers to the office along with your driver's license. When they give you a door, just wait for the green light and you can go get your papers. Fast in and out. Checked in at 9:30 and papers in hand by 10:45

Bought an American Standard toilet base shipped by Ferguson. Horribly under packed, arrived shattered in a million pieces. Ferguson stepped up and addressed the problem, so I updated my review accordingly. Not many businesses do the right thing, but Ferguson did. FedEx still gets one star for their part in my headache

What i really like is that when you call Ferguson D.C. the real person answers your call. No machine b.s. And what I even more like they are polite and helpful. They give you a fast answer. The truck driver allowed to park and sleep overnight on the right side of the driveway in front of the building. no bathrooms facilities be aware of that

This was my second stop on a GE load and I was able to get my first stop done early. So, I figured I'd roll the dice. My appt was for 1200 and I showed up at 1000. The cheerful girl (which is always a delight to come across) in receiving put me straight into a dock. I still will not make it home today. However, at least, my day has started out great! About 5 mins after I bumped the dock. They started to offload me. Great place! PLENTY of room to maneuver. I won't mind if I see the in any future dispatches.
