Very happy with the service we received. Scott was onsite today finishing a project and we couldn't be more satisfied with the work he did. He was not only professional and courteous, he was very resourceful in accomplishing what we wanted. In addition to all of this, they were competitively priced!

The crew from Controlled Access did a solid job for us. We have multiple gates and they set us up with a great system. We could not be more pleased. We had some questions after the install and they were answered promptly.

We needed an electric gate at our home and after doing some online research and I came to a conclusion that the sets sold at the clubs and box stores were not trouble free and would always need troubleshooting and tinkering with.I originally thought that any service agency would be extremely expensive, but, in hindsight, I think Controlled Access is very reasonable for the service and piece of mind it provides. If I’m not home I can rest assured that they can solve any issue.As we have had Controlled Access gate service for several years now, I can comfortably state that working with this firm has been a wonderful experience. Initially the installers came when they arranged to, set it up fast and were experienced and professional. Every crew to date have been exceptionally trained, well spoken professionals. I would not hesitate to call them on any project. Sarah in the office is quick, kind and efficient.I appreciate that they always call to arrange a service date and then again when they are on the road on their way, are friendly and knowledgeable and are prompt at calling or showing up at a moment’s notice when I have a concern or question.Service, knowledge, promptness, what more can you ask for from a company?

These folks are great...from the office staff to the service techs...everyone is terrific!
