Several months ago, our garage door stopped working and we found out the spring broke. We called and they were able to work us into their schedule within the next few days. Weather stripping on year old door had moved slightly. Amega scheduled almost immediately, on time, and replaced with new stripping rather than try to adjust. Also adjusted chain and lubricated. Almost silent! Even though a little over a year, the warranty was applied. Efficient, polite service tech.
