Excellent service..john at reception larry and chad did a great job here on the farm getting our 18 ft Garage door and motor back up and running..thank you.

They successfully repaired my garage issue but the repairman attempted to walk up the hillside along the outside of my stairs and slipped on the grass, ripping up the yard and breaking our railing over in the process. The man I talked with on the phone was extremely rude and angry with me which is kind of funny because I should be the one that's angry but was instead polite. He insulted me by offering to 're-attach rust' to the stairs but the owner of the house at that current time declined to make fast decisions. They ended up billing us 3.5 times more than the original estimate but that's okay, we'll pay it.

I just had the motor replaced on my garage door. I called them for an estimate and they came right away. I was given an honest estimate and just a few days later I came home from work and they were done! What a relief! I was impressed by the promptness of their response and their professionalism.
