HICKLIN GARAGE DOORS

Was leaving for work and realized my garage door was not going to open (cold weather snapped both springs). Called Hicklin and within an hour and a half they already had new hinges on (and rollers) and the problem solved, door was working again and is much quieter now too. Excellent customer service from start to finish!

Our garage door broke on a Saturday night, locking our cars inside, as well. Hicklin scheduling was extremely responsive and even moved our appointment up to Sunday morning at no extra fee. The technician who responded had great customer service and knowledge. Both springs had broken. He had them fixed in no time and they even included a lifetime warranty! Great job!

They really work with you and your schedule. For the Initial estimate they asked us when we were available instead of telling us when we needed to be home. The whole process was enjoyable after that. Installers took the time to go over what they did and see if we had any questions. I would recommend Hicklin to anybody that is looking for a new garage door.
