We have used baron equipment for many years for dock plates and have found their services to be five star. We started using them for overhead doors. We called them on and overhead operator issue which their technician solved very quickly. From now on they are our go to for overhead doors and operators. New doors and service on our other existing brands.

A great company to do business with. Received a quote quickly and once the parts were ordered received them quickly as well.

After five weeks and three phone calls, trying to get an estimate. Finally the receptionist was the only one who was willing to take my concerns directly to someone who mattered. They were slow to give me a price and then slow to order could not get them to take a credit card over the phone so I had to mail them a check which delayed the entire process at least another week, they charged me $2250. some odd dollars for a three hour install, they finally arrived one month late and three weeks after I had already left the project. I’ve been in this line of work for 29 years and I’m not sure if they even deserved one star but I couldn’t give them a half a star, as nearly every department failed in a very simple business transaction, I didn’t care about the price. I tried to order it before the estimate process took an additional four days, The lady who answers the phone should be moved into management, and I’m not really sure what to do with the rest of the upper echelon, they are obviously making enough money that they do not care about building relationships or delivering decent customer service.

Great customer experience. Kind, friendly and super helpful. I ordered some casters and they were delivered early and were just what I was after. I would highly recommend.

Cory was on it. I called he came out measured and by end of day we had a quote. Shortly after we signed the order and was delivered and installed quickly. What stood out the best. Is they worked around my schedule !! Great service good people !!
