OVERHEAD DOOR CO OF CEDAR RAPID

I had a garage door that wouldn't open and one of the Window Lites had broken. I called Overhead Door and Brianne got an onsite visit scheduled the next day. John and Zach came out and helped get the correct measurements, ordered the glass and then fixed the window within the week. Super professional, great service from both of them. They also helped me get the door operator reprogrammed in under a minute for no additional cost! Great support.

I had a great experience with this company. They were able to come out the very next day, which was a huge help. Aaron, the technician who repaired my garage door, was friendly, professional, and worked quickly to get everything fixed. What really stood out to me was how considerate he was regarding my two crazy dogs. He made an effort to bring as much of his equipment as possible in one trip rather than going in and out repeatedly, which helped keep my dogs from freaking out. That level of thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated. The repair was completed efficiently, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this company and especially Aaron for anyone needing garage door repairs.

When we called Overhead Door Company with a problem with our garage door, they had a technician there the next day to help us out. John Martinez provided excellent service. He was professional, knowledgeable and very polite. Thanks for taking such good care of us!

Service technician John Martinez was efficient and congenial and had the obvious expertise to complete the spring and cable replacement as well as the exterior seal molding around the door. If future needs arise regarding garage door service I will ask for John specifically since I know he does excellent work.

After accidentally backing into my garage door before it was fully opened, they were able to get a service tech out on the same day who was able to come up with a creative solution that got my garage door functioning. Very impressive customer service and technical knowledge!
