Disappointed with the Inspection and CommunicationI was disappointed with my experience with Adams Door.My concern is not the quality of the installation itself, but the lack of a thorough inspection and communication during the project.When a technician is replacing garage door panels, I expect a professional inspection of the entire door system. If other components—such as tracks, springs, cables, or related hardware—need replacement or are nearing the end of their service life, the customer should be informed before the work begins. That allows the customer or HOA to make an informed decision and avoid future problems.In my case, additional issues were not clearly identified during the evaluation. After discussing the project, it became apparent that other components may also have required replacement, but those needs were not communicated up front. As someone with many years of experience in industrial maintenance, I believe a good technician should identify related components that could affect the reliability and safety of the repair, rather than focusing only on the immediate task.If you hire Adams Door, I recommend asking for a detailed written inspection that identifies all worn or questionable components, not just the parts included in the quote. I also recommend getting a second opinion from another garage door company before approving major repairs. A second inspection may identify issues that were overlooked and could save you from unexpected repairs later.My review is based solely on my personal experience, and I hope it helps other customers ask the right questions before proceeding with a repair.

Garage door spring broke on Sunday. Tyler was on call and provided tremendous insight and info on making repairs then and availability for Monday. He was the tech who did my install today and was beyond amazing. I've had a few of these done over the decades and he was far and above the fastest and most informative I've ever experienced.Highly recommend Adams Door and Tyler!

Customer service is absolutely exceptional! We had a few bumps in our personal schedules and had to keep changing service dates. They were very accommodating! Tyler was the one to actually complete our job and the excellent service just carried on! He was very throughout in explaining the issues and made sure everything was running smoothly. Tyler had us back up and running in less than an hour. Cannot recommend them enough!

Adam’s Door did a great job for us on our garage door opener replacement. Dylan got back to me within 15 min of me leaving a message and had me scheduled within a couple of days. Alex was extremely efficient in the installation of the new opener, and was professional in every way. Very happy with the service that was provided.

They were very timely arranging a next day appointment to fix our garage door, that was appreciated! Our technician Tyler did a great job, was efficient, and explained how he was able to better secure the ceiling bracket holding the tracks so it wouldn't happen again. Would recommend Adams for prompt and throughout service.
