Call Christie door company and within a few hours they had technicians at my house fixing the garage door. It was fixed in about 30 minutes. Very happy with their service. I’m not sure the price yet since they send a bill in the mail.Update: We received our bill a few days later in the mail and we are still very happy with our choice to go with Christie Door Company. Very reasonably priced, great experience from beginning to end.

A cable on my garage door rusted, failed, and made it impossible to open or close the door over the weekend because one side was under tension and the other was not. I called Christie on Saturday and they were able to send out Jaydon on Monday afternoon. He was able to replace both cables, reset the tension, adjust all the settings and lubricate all of the fittings and I’m now able to use my car and everything works like new. I was extremely impressed, he was courteous, professional and helpful, and I very much appreciate them being able to work me in on such short notice. I100% recommend this company!

Very satisfied with Christie Door Company. Prior experience when I had them install a new opener was excellent. Recent experience had some unique circumstances that they handled professionally. Knowledgable, friendly tech and understanding owner who prioritizes customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Christie Door to everyone. I will continue to do business with them and refer them whenever I can.

I wish there was a way to give different areas a review. I would give operator, service, and scheduler a 1 or 2 star. Former techs would also get 2 star. But Friday I had 2 techs that not only repaired the spring on my door but sealed the doors up. I have had serious gaps for rain , wind and snow to come right in. All other techs have blew me off n said it's typical. Well no it's not! These 2 guys instantly said they could and DID correct what others didn't. To these 2 techs THANK YOU! You would definitely get 5 stars!

This experience was 3 years ago which to me means more than last week. It was easy to contact them for a quote, a guy came out, measured and quoted me per the options as I mentioned. This was during COVID and they beat the expected install date by 3 weeks. They did run into a late day finish due to a couple complications. However, they returned the next day with the correct bottom seal I believe. I was willing to buy a new opener but the rep said with proper installation and spring settings the one I had would serve for years. I have had no problems at all since completion. Love the fact they sell quality products and service. Huge fan and tell everyone I know when they ask where to go for a garage overhead door. Thank you!
