Aloha. I had Wes from Oshiro Door repair my opener/operator 2 days ago. I originally bought a new opener from them in 2014 after being at my brother's house one day . It's belt driven and so quiet compared to the original chain driven. Anyway, the belt broke and needed to be replaced. In looking at it, it seems to be non serviceable and the entire rail needed replacement. Logical. Wes is very knowledgeable and works well. He answered any questions that I had regarding the garage door and did a thorough job from replacing the rail to checking the sensors and lubricating as needed. From my initial call to the service was super. Very good communication within the company and the customers.

I wish I could give 100 stars! They’re truly life savers. The roll up door on my warehouse got loose/stuck and wouldn’t lower. It was fully open and I couldn’t go home until it was fixed. After calling multiple businesses and not finding anyone to help we got ahold of Dean at Oshiro’s and he came out to help in under 2 hours. And I called at 5pm! They got the door down very quickly and even straightened out a dent in the bottom of our door. Great people, amazing service. I have no doubt they’re the right people to call for all of your door needs.Thank you so much Dean and Owen!

Fantastic service!! answered phone on first ring, had a repairman here within an hour. And fixed our door, which had been waiting for the original repair service for 2 1/2 months, on the spot. Can't say enough good things!! Friendly, efficient, informative!

Oshiro RK Door Service is the best! My gate was giving me problems past 2 weeks so I'd called more than a few (6+) gate service companies and, to my disbelief, I could not even get a courtesy return call from any of them. Very frustrating... My neighbor recommended Oshiro and they called me back very promptly and came out and fixed the problem on the first visit. They are the best. I will not call any other gate company from hereon.

Our garage door got stuck, and we couldn't even open it manually. Oshiro Door Service sent a technician the same day. He explained the problem, fixed it, did maintenance on the door, and even replaced parts that might be causing problems later. All that for a reasonable price, and smiles.
