Overhead Doors installed my garage door over 2 years ago and came recently to address a concern I had about one of the lights. Gary was extremely professional and reassured me there was nothing wrong. He stayed to clean and oil the whole system before he left. They tub an excellent company and I would not use anyone else.

Andy and Gary came out and tried to replace the lock on my old door which dated back to 2010. They worked hard for several hours to replace the old lock to no avail, but they really tried everything to prevent me from having to buy a new door. I did have to buy a new door ultimately so I just went ahead and got the works, new door, new operator, new key pad and a new lock. Tom did an awesome job with the install. He even installed wood surrounding the door to reinforce it. Thanks guys. Saved Tom's number in case anything else comes up.

We were super impressed with Overhead Door Garage Company! Two days before Christmas, our garage broke. We had a delivery on Christmas Eve, so fixing the door was a priority. We originally called a different company who did not contact us with a tech until 3 hours past the originally scheduled time. I called Overhead as a back up in case the original company never showed, and I’m so glad we did! In a five minute phone call, I had an appointment and I knew the name of our technician. Randy was great! He walked in, immediately knew how to fix the issue, and fixed our garage door quickly. He helped us understand what happened and went above and beyond and greased our garage so it isn’t nearly as loud. I am recommending them to every person I know in the area that had a garage door. Trust me and save time: call this company before anyone else!

I used Overhead Door to replace a broken garage door opener 3 years ago and it was a wonderful experience. I had heard they were good, but they exceeded my expectations. A few weeks ago, my other garage door opener broke so I called Overhead Door again. And I have to say the service exceeded my expectations again. They are friendly and the technicians are well trained. The door is very quiet and everything is well balanced. They programmed my remote while showing me how. They reviewed the system with me although it is easy to use. I would be surprised if other customers didn’t find their work excellent and fast.

Patrick showed up promptly, one day after my online service request. My primary concern was the stability/safety of the Chamberlain opener mounting to the ceiling, and the vibration and noise of opening and closing the door. He explained what was needed and executed the plan quickly. I highly recommend Patrick and Overhead Door of Atlanta.
