PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE -

Absolutely do not recommend whatsoever. Paying thousands for a garage door and getting misinformation time and time again. Had multiple calls with the office that I kept having to repeat information over and over again, the next day having the same conversations. Because of their disorganization, there was about a week of delay them actually placing the order when we did EVERYTHING the same day. Our sales guy gave us a delivery date for the door (that was completely paid in full) which apparently was a false delivery date. Zero communication from the company with any sort of update on the order, no call backs from the office.Highly recommend using literally any other company than PrecisionUpdate: after posting this, the door was magically scheduled for the delivery for today despite the manufacturer stating otherwise on the order status. Additionally, I got a phone call and text to schedule install and my husband got an email. We tried to call back, sent a text, and replied to the email and no one responded. After speaking to our sales guy, the GM called to schedule which after all the delays, said we could get it done on Tuesday then just didn’t mention it was 2 weeks from today. I informed him that date would not work because we were leaving for vacation which then he kept asking whether or not I would be home on that date, which I kept repeating “we are gone on vacation” and he again - asked if I would be home. I’m not entirely sure why saying we’d be GONE needed additional clarification but nothing actually surprises me at this point. There was also zero apology or empathy from said general manager that his staff’s lack of diligence already delayed the order that we just gave up on them even trying to make anything right.

I received amazing service. I haven't had any issues with my garage door since my appointment. Justin answered any and all questions I had. Not only would I recommend Precision, I would recommend asking for Justin. I'm sure everyone is great but he gave the impression that he really cares about his clients; he listened to concerns. Definitely would recommend.

Our technician Taima, was fantastic from start to finish! He showed up on time for our scheduled appointment for the estimate. He was very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. He gave us 3 different estimates to choose from, we chose one and scheduled an appointment for him to come back and do the work. Once again he was super friendly and respectful. I insulated my garage door and roughly four months later a spring broke. Precision took my call late Friday night and scheduled early the next morning. Tech Justin came out and understood that I needed upgraded springs, bearings, and rollers due to the extra weight. He was done in under two hours and the door now works great. I highly recommend Precision if you want it done right the first time.

Justin arrived as scheduled. He was personable, professional, and very informative. He immediately assessed the situation and gave us a quote to repair our broken garage door spring. Spring to my garage door broke and was having big issues with the door opener randomly opening. Jordan (I hope I am remembering the name correctly) arrived nice and early, extremely friendly and professional, kept his work area clean, and was very diligent on making sure I knew what was going on and eager to answer any questions. 10/10. Would recommend.

I had a great experience with our garage door repair. Justin was incredibly thorough and very explanative, taking the time to walk me through exactly what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. I really appreciated how clearly he broke everything down without making it feel overwhelming.He was professional, efficient, and honest about the work that needed to be done. They are prompt and upfront about cost and what you need. Shawn was our tech. He is awesome! He's very nice and courteous. We had no problems getting things scheduled. Everyone that we talked with were very nice and professional.

I am very impressed with this company. Scheduling was easy, and they sent a text with a picture and name of the tech who was coming to do the work the day of my appointment before he was scheduled to arrive. Justin (the tech) arrived right on time, and gave me a very detailed explanation of the work along with pricing. He was extremely knowledgeable and took a lot of pride in his work. He did an excellent job with the work he did on our garage door and is very customer focused. This is the best garage door company in Augusta.

The communication and the technicician ( Mr. Booker ) were outstanding. He arrived on time, was very imformative and professional. Made appointment late Monday for an early Tuesday arrival. Technician was prompt, courteous, informative, and very nice. Explained upfront what the total price would be for repairs. Completed required work properly and in a short amount of time. Definitely would recommend and use again.
