My technician Michael was amazing. He kept me informed during the install process charge me exactly what I was quoted and did an amazing job with educating me on the new openers, including keypad and clean up the mess, leaving it exactly as he found it. Very impressed with Platinum Overhead and the service received.

Had a great experience using Platinum for the tension spring repair on my garage door. Mike was quick to answer my call, quite a reasonable price and get me scheduled quickly. Jeremy was the tech that did the work and he was great as well. I had a heads up with tracking to know when he was on the way and he even texted to let me know he’d be arriving a little early and if that was OK. He was very quick with the repair work and was even able to install and program a new entry keypad. Very satisfied with the work done and will absolutely use them again if needing any work done.
