Their representative gave me a 25 minute heads up before arriving. He and his assistant checked and verified everything was correct before ordering the door. They were willing to work with me exactly how I wanted. (I sure that was within reason)The office staff have been very helpful as well.I was/am very pleased with Mid-State.

The team who came out to inspect, repair and make operational our (5) oversized garage doors did a great job on the necessary repairs! They were friendly, courteous, clean, neat and quick. Highly recommended service!

Along with all the other folks, I COMPLETELY AGREE! Mid-State Garage Doors...are the best period! I wish there more than 5 stars I could give them. You don't realize how urgently you need help on your garage door until something happens , and we'll.......you urgently need help ON THAT DAY!!!! They were the ONLY company to offer to have their team come out and temporarily fix the door until my new door arrives. Wesley even helped me get my car out of the garage, so I could get to work ! They let us know when they were en route (on time), and the estimate for the new (custom door) was a actually cheaper than ALL THE OTHER COMPANIES AROUND LAKE PLACID AND SEBRING!!!!!!! Ray in the office is incredible in handling the logistics of everything that was needed!! Thank you so much guys, much appreciated??!!
