Outstanding service! The Ryan was on-time for the appointment, professional, friendly and told me some about some features my garage door opener had that I wasn't aware of. He did an outstanding job and had all work completed within an hour. There price for the work was more than reasonable (especially considering the other garage door company wanted more than double for the same work)...I will definitely be calling branch garage doors for any and all work needed concerning our garage door!! These guys know what they are doing. Very efficient, and a great value. They fixed my garage door seal and they convinced me to change the rollers. Garage door seal looks great and the door opens better than ever. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if needed.

I called Branch Garage Door around 2:00 PM to have my dad’s garage door repaired after the belt had broken. I was honestly surprised at how fast and easy the scheduling process was. They let me know someone could be out the same day. That kind of availability is rare, especially calling that late.By about 3:30, Kurt arrived fully prepared with everything needed to do the job right. We talked about also replacing the springs, which were nearly 20 years old. The door was badly out of balance, putting a lot of strain on the drive motor. My dad approved the scope of work, and Kurt got to it, replacing both the belt and the springs.The total cost was $555: $180 for the belt and $375 for the springs. The $110 service charge was applied toward the spring replacement, which I appreciated. Now the system should be good for another 20 years, at least 10 for the belt.Kurt couldn’t have been nicer. No pressure or upsell, just a clear explanation of the options and what would prevent future issues. We chose to do it right, and I’m glad we did. I’ll definitely be recommending Branch to friends and family. Thanks again, guys!

They sent Kurt over to repair my garage door, it needed a new bracket. Not only did he fix the bracket but found everything that was wrong that I didn't know about, and fixed everything that was wrong! Showed me and explained things I didn't even know we had lol. Great guy to talk to as well, very down to earth. Great service.
