Marco Island Executive Airport (MKY) – We’ve had Vortex out multiple times for various repairs, and from the start, it’s been a fantastic experience. Patricia has been amazing to work with—quick with email responses and always so pleasant. We had some specific restrictions, and they accommodated them without issue.What stands out the most is their exceptional customer service. On one occasion, Eric & Orialys was recabling a bifold door when a hangar tenant approached asking to borrow a tool. Without hesitation, they stopped what they were doing and lent them the tool. Recently, Jason came out to address an electrical issue. As we walked into the hangar, I casually mentioned that the door latch was bent. It wasn’t a big deal, just a comment. After Jason finished his work and left. I checked on the repairs, and not only was the bifold door functioning properly, but the bent hangar door latch was also fixed.In my experience, Vortex takes the time to treat our tenants and us with care and respect. Going forward, they will be our first call for any repairs at any of the three airports in our system.
