I had someone come to my house today very disappointed first the tech looked confused had no idea how to fix the trolley told us the hole thing needed to be replaced. He did not use a foot stool or a ladder he took it upon himself to grab a chair I had in the garage to stand on. He said that they could not order the parts. WRONG I said I would get someone who knows what they are doing. In 15 minutes I ordered the new trolley along with a new keyless entry pad two car remote and a new wall button. From Sears Direct.I will be calling someone else to put the new parts on.I fill like they where just trying to seal me a new garage door opener.
