Repeated problems with the gate call box to my community where the call would go through and the gate doesn’t open. The lack of response from company is also concerning. This recent event have been down for almost a week with no resolution timeline. Would not recommend based on my experience.

I have been dong business with ATI for years. Pricing and service are fantastic. Had an issue with alarm and security gates last week. Service tech's were out the same day and resolved all issues at a fair price. Would not use any other company!

This is the best security system company in south Florida! The sales team and Oscar Weinberg are extremely professional, reliable, courteous and kind individuals who provide expert service. Fantastic service! James took my call and coordinated everything needed for our new gate system on the first call. He scheduled the install and the techs were on site bright and early. The techs Mark and Josh did an outstanding job on the install. From start to finish, I could not be happier with the experience.

I think I've already said it, but I'll say it again. Troy from AT&I is the absolute best. Overall, they are so responsive. I often get my repair done within an hour. They are helpful and very easy to work with.

Emailed a request for service on a security gate that I wanted completed before the weekend due to security issues if the gate was not repairedd. On the same day, Thursday, AT&I came and repaired the gate. I think that's terrific service.
