Be careful if you see them on the road. They rarely use turn signals and they make illegal lane changes. Almost hit me when they turned into my lane at an intersection today. Luckily I already knew to give their reckless "drivers" a wide berth.

Terrible company. Spoke with someone named Jolene and when I said my door was no longer working she told me to "go cry elsewhere".Absolutely awful company, can't believe they'd hire somebody so rude.

And even though most installers are committed to new construction lately, these guys helped me out with a replacement of an existing older door.Misti & Arionna were especially helpful throughout, keeping me updated on manufacturer delivery estimates, and inspection processes. Scott did the install and was very easy to talk to, offering helpful tips for maintenance that I'm sure will save me grief over time. Awesome job guys.

Our neighbor referred us to this company when we needed a new garage door. They were quick with a quote, but when we tried to schedule the service they would not answer our emails or calls and were unresponsive. Not the service you expect to receive when you’re spending $8k+ for their services. We ended up having to find a new company.

They made my garage door much quieter! They replaced the 25 year old motor with a new one that we can open with our phones remotely. They adjusted the door track and added upgraded nylon wheels. Smooth as silk now! Price was. Reasonable. Tech was super friendly and helpful. They came back out 6 months later and reset some sensors for free! Love these guys!

We’ve used Florida Door Solutions for many years and have always had a great experience. Technician was very knowledgeable but never tried to over sell beyond what was necessary. Also, very responsive when needed.

I had Florida Door Solutions fix the hurricane door on my lanai. It was a bit frustrating because it took longer than expected. However, the end result was great. I appreciated that Jason was so patient and always answered my phone calls. I also appreciated Tye, a knowledgeable and very hard worker. I hope I never have another problem with my hurricane doors but I will call them if I do.

Had adjustment problems that started a year after installation. Office staff was helpful. Technician was very persistent in finding the problem. Had the manufacturer on the phone for at least 30 to 40 minutes. Had to order parts from Liftmaster. They were warranty items so no charge for the parts. I did have to pay for technician and will have to pay for the installation when the parts are in.Hope this fixes the issue for good.All in all it was a good experience.

$155.00 when all it was that the wire nuts came loose, and my single door needed a board and that estimate was $450.00, seems a little extreme on a motor that they installed 2 years ago. I could change the whole opener for less than that. The technician was great that’s it.

I was very impressed. They called ahead of time. They showed up on time when they said they were going to. They were very professional. They did the job cleaned up after themselves. Show me how to operate the controllers and the pads on the wall walls explained everything to me thoroughly ask if there was anything else that they could do for me. It was a great experience overall.
