We have been doing business with Overhead Door in Norwalk since very early 2000. Top notch service, beginning with the women on the phone when you call in, also accurate technicians, in their own right, and with each and every technician with whom we have interfaced.

I am very happy with Overhead Door Company of Fairfield County. I had three overhead doors that needed servicing. They responded promptly and the service person, Yanick, was personable and did an excellent job. The pricing was clearly communicated. Two thumbs up

Impressive, complete selection of high quality but fairly priced product options combined with super professional customer service. It was easy to work with them to reach the best solution and I am confident that I have the best product for my budget and requirements. The installation was super professional and spot on: courteous, prompt and clean combined with high quality workmanship. There are no  "cookie cutter" installations and usually you will end up with lots of disappointing compromises if you are not informed. The installers knew the exact and easy to understand questions to ask so we would receive the best option. Then they didn't leave until they fully explained how to operate the product and inform us of any other points we needed to know for safety and use. We have all become accustomed and programmed to going to the national, big box retailers as our default choice but I highly recommend to give this local small business, Overhead Garage Doors Of Fairfield County a try. I am very picky and they absolutely exceeded my  expectations.
