OVERHEAD DOOR OF HARTFORD INC

Called late Tuesday afternoon. Was not called back that day or the following day (W). Called again on Thursday. Call was returned about an hour later. Salesman was rude and unhelpful, and acted as if I was asking him to do me a huge favor, rather than sell me an accessory. Waterbury office is much better.

I called Overhead Door yesterday morning because my garage door was loud and making a popping sound when it closed. They said that they'd send a technician (Lyle) today between 10-12. Lyle showed up promptly at 10:00 a.m. I thought that I needed a new panel, but Lyle stated that the panel in question was fine, but hinges were loose and some broken. He did the necessary repairs. The price was reasonable and I can't believe how quiet my garage door is when it closes now. I remember using this company in the past for a broken spring and I would definitely use them again. Great job by Lyle and Overhead Door of Hartford.

Excellent service thank you! The technician, Miguel, arrived in 15 minutes and was very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. He installed 2 tension cables, lubricated the springs and wheels, and also made sure the door was working properly before he left. On top of that, the price was extremely fair and reasonable. I would recommend to anyone who needs their door serviced to go with this company.

I could not have asked for better service in fixing my malfunctioning garage door opener. Miguel was friendly, professional and informative. He went he extra mile and treated the repairs as if he was working on his own home. It works perfect now. And the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend their services.

Glenn gave me an accurate and competitive price on my home garage door with new tracks and an opener. He ordered the door I chose, contacted me when it came in and were at my home the day and time they promised. The work was done quickly and professionally.
