It was very easy to schedule an appointment, I was kept informed as to departure to our house and approximate arrival. Very friendly technician, sweet to our dogs. Listened to my concerns. He replaced weatherstripping to solve my problems. I am signed up for the annual maintenance and service plan, which gives you a break in service call, parts and labor. My job had really been a redo where from last summer where the weather stripping had curled up. My technician called in and had the labor taken off my bill, i just paid for the materials! So fair and honest in this day and age! Highly recommend. He was wonderful! Thanks

Overhead did a great job! They were within the time frame, called ahead and completed the job in a timely manner. They answered all our questions and showed us all the features the door has. I would highly recommend them.

We purchased a new home and we wanted to check the existing garage door opener and the remote. So our go to business has been Overhead Door for 19 years. Ronnie came out to do the job. He was cordial but not much on talking at all. If I wanted to know what or why he was doing something, I had to ask. He gave short, brief responses. He got it all done tou my satisfaction.
