Got new garage doors ordered and installed for our 3 car garage. The whole process from start to finish was exceptionally easy. Tammy was great to work with to get the order placed. Blake and Blayne did a great job on removal and installation. Thanks so much!!

We had three doors, 16 years old, clunky, noisy with broken spring. Blayne and Nick showed up smiling, repaired the spring, changed the sun-aged, ripped up stops, serviced the doors and...WOW! Quiet and better than my memory of how they worked when new! Thank you guys!

I ordered a garage door on September 25th was told it would be here the 31st of October did not hear anything called they said it would ship the 1st week of November called back last week was told it didn’t ship but would be here the 14th and would call. I called today the 15th of November asked if my door was in the front desk lady said she would call back after she had to look into calls me back and says December 5th it will ship , I cancelled my order received a refund. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a garage door if I would have never called I would have never known, I will pass this along to anyone I know looking for a door and recommend looking elsewhere.

** Up date on review. I was contacted about my review. I was asked to remove it and when I said I wasn't willing to at this time I was told they would no longer service my garage door. Once again I strongly suggest you pass on this company.Installation process was great. It's the aftercare that leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I had an issue 2 months after installation and was told it's just the cold weather and wouldn't schedule an appointment to come out. Now my door stops half way up. My bad for assuming but I thought the warranty was for 3 years but it is only for 1 year. I'm three months past warranty. I was told it would be $149.50 for a service call plus any needed repair. I was also asked if I'd lubricated the door. And that it should be done every 3 to 6 months. I was never told this at installation and I specifically asked about what care needed to be done. Upset doesn't begin to describe how I feel about this situation. I would strongly recommend you pass on this company!!
