we were told they would call us once they got us on the schedule. Apparently they showed up without letting us know, never even looked at the door just tried to call and left. We weren’t by our phones, Called right back several times no answer. Called the company back, they keep saying they’re going to get us on the schedule but haven’t it’s almost 3 weeks. Really unfortunately experience looking for a different company.

Today I had the pleasure if meeting jose and Cory while they installed a security gate in my store. The were very professional, polite and executed the install of my gate. Great job you guys ,and thank you.

Now I see why they have such a low rating. They have no problem wasting your time, not holding to appointments or blowing you off. I don't take writing reviews lightly, but if you are reading this-FIND ANOTHER COMPANY; surely you couldn't do any worse...

Charged $1,200 to install a simple $200 door closer and $150/hr for driving. Will never call them again.

I bought a used Raynor metal rollup and these DH Pace guys put it up quickly and perfectly. I had a delay in the wall cut Friday and had to have them come back after waiting a few hours. We rescheduled for Monday and they accommodated my request to have it done in short notice. The guys took the used parts and motor and made it look like new. 10 stars if possible!
