Vortex was able to fix a door that 4 other companies could not. Specifically, Justin and David stayed with a difficult task that others had quit… not to be deterred. And.. they accomplished the task. They had several other projects on site to work on and I will be very grateful to have them return. Vortex is now our number one vendor for all things door related.

Absolutely awful company. We had them come out to trouble shoot a lock they installed - they inspected the lock, gave us incorrect information, did nothing to fix it and charged us $500. We had Mathias Locks come out and they fixed everything for $180If we would have let Vortex install a new lock, it would have cost us $1500. Mathias Locks saved us an enormous amount.

Used this company several times and called to schedule an appointment to get a quote on our broken door asap. They scheduled me almost 5 days out and once it came to the day they were supposed to come out they did not show up. I gave them a call to follow up and they told me they didn’t even have an appointment scheduled the guy Nick I spoke to on the phone said that they will have someone call when they are off the phone which made no sense to me and never got a call back. I would not recommend using this company !

Justin was awesome and clear with what he found and what he did to fix the issue. My company will 100% be using vortex doors in the future for repairs
