I called Raynor on a freezing snowy day and Kalab called in advance and was at my house within the hour. He fixed the door, lubricated the rollers and hinges, tightened the spring, and was very nice to talk with. With the senior discount it was a fair price.

Garage door shopping can be a bit daunting. I called Raynor, and was connected to Shane. Let me tell ya, this guy knows garage doors!They have a great website you can look through but It is hard to tell colors from a website so Shane offered to come by, share the color samples and measure for new doors. He helped me immensely and had a lot of experience that we appreciated.We ordered 16 x 8 The Aspen doors, steel with embossed texture with carriage door hardware. We also needed to replace our garage door openers so we ordered those as well. They are custom doors so did take several weeks before installation but Shane kept us updated along the way.Our installers were fantastic as well!Highly recommend Raynor and if you are getting residential doors, ask for Shane!

The Absolute Best experience! Prompt call back from the website inquiry. I was given a fair quote for a new replacement door.And then beyond all expectations. I was given recommendations to repair my door. Extending its life by at least 6 months but probably a year. I was able to come in get the piece get a quick tutorial. I fixed my door in less than an hour. This is the only place to call if you have a garage door issue.

I am very glad I chose to go with Raynor Door Authority of Denver for some new garage doors with windows. Shane was great do deal with through the ordering process. He was very helpful when I was trying to decide exactly what I wanted to go get. He went out of his way to drop off color samples and such and help me sort through the options. I was also pleased with the installers Mark and Austin. Nice squared away men who are good at their job and work well together efficiently.
