I’ve used Overhead for three new doors and two repairs on various properties and they have out-performed every time. A high quality product supported by honest and knowledgeable staff. Definite recommend.

I've been having issues with my garage door for a couple years-its an older door. I finally was able to have someone come by around October 2024 to see what the problem was. The springs needed to be replaced. It took me a few months before I was able to schedule them to come back to fix it. It was a quick fix and the guy even checked to make sure everything else was working fine. So I may get a few more years out of it. Definitely recommend them. We've worked with them for years.

I bought a house in 2019, it had the original door installed and at some point the previous owner put foam in the doors (see pictures) the spring broke in 2022 and that was a bummer to deal with but considering it was the original spring from 2004 it was well over its expected life. So we had it replaced with no issue. Now in 2024 the spring broke again, when I first called I was told it would take 3 days to get someone out to replace it, unless I wanted to pay the emergency service charge. I didn't like that since I was out of town and my wife's car was stuck in the garage so I called back and was told by the manager that they would be out the next day, cool. Technician showed up and stated we would have to pay for labor or he would leave. That didn't make any sense but fine, I'll call when I get back home. Called today and after a heated debate with who ever she hung up on me. I call back and talk to the same manager as before and was told that the 5 year warranty only covers the spring and that the labor only has a 1 year warranty. How can it be determined that the Technician didn't install it wrong since it went out in 2 years? Why should I have to pay for anything, what's the point of any warranty at that point? I will not have them doing any work again, I would rather do the work myself at this point if this is the level of craftsmanship and product to be expectedUPDATE: I received a call from I believe the regional manager (I don't remember the persons name) after I posted this review and was informed that in order to rectify the situation they were going to do a free 1 year tune up (we shall see how that goes) and they would be willing to refund the charge if I was willing to update my review. It took nearly a month for the charge to be reversed but as promised I am updating my review. I will update this review again if anything should happen to change.

Very happy with the service at overhead door my service technician Greg was a veteran and very well-versed on everything. Garage door found that my cable was misaligned and adjusted everything took some extra time. The garage door has never worked as quietly and as smoothly as after he spent the time to really adjust things out. Thank you, Greg for doing such a wonderful job

Purchased a new all steel door from Overhead Door. After the install I noticed that the trim that has the rubber attached to it had gaps in various sizes along the edges which will allow water to flow behind it if it were to rain along with wind. It should have been caulked and painted. Also when removing the old piece of that stripping, paint was removed in several places which I wasn't happy about because I had just had my house painted. Also the nails they used have no paint on the heads so eventually those will rust. You would think after spending 2500+ dollars on a brand new all steel door my $600k home wouldn't have a door that looked like a cheap install. I'm very disappointed in the quality of workmanship that I received from a company that talked themselves up as "being the best" during the sales process. Also clean up wasn't the best either. I will now have to spend more money to complete the work Overhead Door didn't do.Update 8/7/24As I told the employee that contacted me about the initial review, once Overhead Door completes the agreement that we came to I will update the review to show that overhead door made it right. I'm still waiting for overhead door to stand behind what they said they will do to fix the situation.Updated 8/16/24Overhead Door and I came to a mutual agreement to remedy the issues outlined in my initial review.
