I can’t recommend this family-owned garage door company enough! From start to finish, Jeff and Stephanie’s at J’s overhead Doors customer service was top-notch. Jeff’s incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the options and provide honest advice tailored to my needs. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in their work. Every interaction felt personal, which made the entire experience feel comfortable and trustworthy. They were quick to respond, and the service was prompt and professional. The team was not only efficient but incredibly skilled at what they do. It's rare to find a company that combines exceptional expertise with such genuine customer care. I have used Jeff for over five years now and he has always followed through. I am a teacher in the community and have really appreciated knowing I have someone I can trust work on our house .

My double garage door spring broke right before the Thanksgiving holiday. It was a single spring, and I wanted it converted to two springs. I called a few other outfits and could not get a solid quote. Stephanie got back to me straight away, even though she had other obligations, with a straight forward quote. She referred me to Jeff, and he responded quickly with a quote based on my clarification for two springs. We worked out a schedule prior to Thanksgiving which we were thankful for. Jeff got to work expeditiously and efficiently, and was done within an hour. He is personal, and displays pride in his company. All things considered this company provides an excellent service and value to the community. They are locally owned. Would highly recommend.

Our garage door spring broke late on a Saturday afternoon. Who should we call? Our neighbors J&T just had some work done and they highly recommended J’s. I checked out their website and left an email explaining the problem and our desire to get on their schedule. This was about 5 PM on Saturday. By 6 PM Stephanie emailed us that Jeff would be there around 4 PM on Monday. She included an estimate for the job. Jeff called us about 25 minutes out. He completed the job in a timely and professional manner. Why can’t everything be this easy? Thanks guys!

Personally, I prefer to hire small-businesses and local contractors to best do my part to support the community and that's why I chose J's Overhead Doors initially. Stephanie was a delight to talk to and she was very accomodating to find a time to get me on their schedule while working around my limited availability. I hit the jackpot when Jeff came to help fix my garage (I, admittedly, tried to do it myself on multiple occasions to no avail before hiring J's Overhead Doors). He was able to explain to me what I had been doing wrong, was able to get everything up and running for me, provided me with the parts I needed (even though I'd told him I had everything... or so I thought) and even helped me to carry in an Amazon package just to be kind. He was pleasant, polite, helpful, punctual, friendly, and even the dogs took a liking to him which is a win in this house! I would highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend J's Overhead Doors. I reached out to them regarding replacement doors, Stephanie responded quickly and scheduled a visit. Jeff arrived on time and was very knowledgeable regarding the look and quality we wanted.We placed our order knowing there would be a long lead time due to the current supply chain issues. Jeff kept us updated the entire time.The install was perfection! Jeff and Jordan did a amazing job and we are so pleased with their craftsmanship and customer service. They take pride in their work. This experience with J's is why we support local buisness.
