ANKMAR GARAGE DOORS

Arranged a visit for maintenance. The Tech notice that one of the garage door springs was broken. I never paid attention but it was obvious that it had busted. Because the door is so lite, it didn't affect the function noticeably.We also had water leaks that came under the door's weather striping and snow blowing through cracks. Ankmar replaced the weather seal and it resolved the problem.They did regular maintenance & lube and it was almost silent when opening and closing the door. All came to a reasonable price for the amount of work performed. I'm very pleased!Thanks Ankmar!!

Ankmar installed my garage door when my Home was built. Anytime there was an issue, I received prompt and courteous service. This last time, Cruz Lopez, came out because I backed my car into the garage door ( I thought it lifted all the way) and the retainer and rubber fell off (ooops!!!). He was AWESOME! Professional and nice, he fixed it to perfection! I hope he enjoyed the pork roll, bagel and bread that I sent him on his way with. He’s an asset to your company. Thanks, Cruz!

There was a little confusion when Ankmar responded after I had a call in to Overhead door, but both Ankmar and Overhead explained their ticket system for incoming service requests and Ankmar responded Monday before my Tuesday appointment with Overhead. I understand now they work together in some regards, but in this regard, Ankmar had a better price for a more expensive door repair. I think that is the only reason for four stars instead of five. Even though it is a different spring lift system and they had to replace to the standard lift, I think the prices for parts and labor was too much. Now, the service technician, he gets five stars (Cruz) as he was logical, somewhat apologetic about the cost of repairs and he was quick and efficient. I found him to be patient with my questions and concerns for cost. Homeownership and home repairs are not always easy so I appreciated the courtesy.

Cruz had really get customer service and took the time to understand what was needed for my garage door due to my garage door opener not working correctly, he fixed it and set up a new appointment for a new garage door since I was in the market for a new garage door and he took care of everything. During the installing of the new garage door Tristen was my tech who installed my new garage door and let me tell you he was quick and efficient. Thanks a lot guys the customer service on both ends were impeccable!!

Your driver cut me off then flipped me off while I was out picking up my daughter from school. I don’t appreciate this as I had to slam on my brakes to avoid getting into an accident with him. Off woodman road to meridian road @320 pm. Maybe if he would stay off his phone while driving he wouldn’t have to almost cause accidents and put kids in harms way. Another jerk not paying attention to the road and in a company van. Good luck with that.
