Dallas from Vortex Doors was polite, efficient, and explained everything he was working on clearly. Daniel was the one who originally quoted us and set us up for service and the same can be said for him. Would recommend if you are looking for door and gate repairs! (Side note: we have a gate from the 80s that is no longer made and they were still able to figure out how to accommodate and accomplish!)

Watched Dallas installing door in pool area at Northridge recreation in Highlands Ranch. He was extremely focused and hardworking. I would recommend his work to anyone looking for excellent door work.

My biz partner and I hired Vortex after our shop was broken into twice in 48 hours. Dallas replaced the entire frame and storefront door, including a new threshold and door closer. He hooked up all of our existing access control systems (alarm & magnet lock) to the new door and frame. He was lovely to work with, communicated each step of the way and cleaned up throughout the process. The new door looks great and is far more secure than the one we replaced.
