Unbelievable!!!!Worst customer service ever.Wood in gate our very expensive gate was rough and split.When called Tony (owner) about it he hung up on us.Post was installed 8 inches higher than other one.Had to come back smash out concrete and redo.Upon doing so , we now have extra drill holes in post, hinges are now flaking, scratches in post and split wood our house.Botton of gate is flaking badly.When told him about the flaking, he yelled and swore he was not fixing the gate.Also did not receive an invoice.We called multiple times only to be screened and ignored.Only did they pick up when used a friends cell number.Tonys response was yelling our bill was locked up so would not give us one.We had an 82 year old friend in the area so he dropped in to see if he could get the bill, only to be yelled at and swore at with most vulgar words!Please do not waste your money!This has been a nightmare.How can a business owner treat customers like this?S Brooks

I purchased my gate openers 8 years ago, the service was excellent. Fast forward to today and I had a problem with my gate opener, I contacted Felicia at West Coast Gates and she helped me diagnose the problem over the phone.Now thats great service! I recommend West Coast Gates to anyone wanting gates or power openers.Well Done.
