I am grateful for A1 and technician Matt’s service! He was patient, detail oriented and professional in his service call. The doors and hardware were original from the home’s construction and needed catch up on deferred maintenance. I am Grateful for Matts time and attention to work with me to come up with the most efficient and cost effective strategy for key updates to hardware and guidance and aupport on programming controls. Seeing output of the work - door goong from 34 lbs to 4 showed the impact of the hardware install. Very positive experience with updates and confirmation on service appointments and timely arrival of invoices for services. New Rollers, springs and cables made all the difference in the world - quieter, smoother and more even operation! Thanks Matt and A1

Cody is unbelievably talented.I actually thought I would get another garage done so I could watch him work. It really is something. From the way he handled his tools to the finished product. The company had excellent communication. They showed up on time and did the installation as expected without incident. There was an issue somewhere along the chain with the order and the wrong type of glass was shipped for the panels.We had concern about getting the correct glass, but A1 worked to get it corrected. They worked with the manufacturer to get the correct panels and got them installed.We are very happy with our experience and I highly recommend A1 Garage.

My garage door had been getting progressively more loud and shaky, so I called A1. Their technician, Marc Nunley, came out and did a full 29 point inspection and determined we needed new springs, rollers, drums, & bearings. Marc did a fantastic job at explaining exactly what was going on with our door system and the remedy for the issue - he called me out to the garage each time he came across an issue and explained it in terms I could understand as well as walked me through the cost for each solution. I cannot recommend A1 enough - fantastic company with great employees!
