I entered a contest for a new Garage Door from Iconic Garage Door Services, and won! They could not have been more accommodating, more professional, and more competent. They designed exactly what we wanted, and even shaved off some cost (I believe) to fit our budget. The installation crew was super friendly and knowedgable, and did the install on a cold, VERY rainy Saturday night to accommodate us. High quality products with amazing customer service (so rare these days) -- This is definitely my new go-to garage door company. My garage door spring broke and when they came out we learned that the gear on the motor was very worn. So the decision was made to replace everything but the door. The guys went to work and were done in no time. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional!! They will be my go to for all my garage door needs. My garage door now works so well and sooooo quiet. I had no idea a garage door could be so quiet. If you need a repair or replacement do not hesitate to call Iconic!! They are amazing, hands down!!! Customer service is what I look when dealing with a business and there’s was top of the line! Was very easy to schedule an appointment and then Bradley as well as the office kept me updated on when he would arrive. Bradley and Tyler did an amazing job!! We had our garage door springs replaced by Iconic Garage Doors nearly five years ago. At the time, the service included a 10-year warranty. While I initially felt the price was on the higher side, we were in urgent need of repair and chose to move forward.Yesterday, one of the springs broke, so I contacted Iconic to schedule a warranty service call. Under the terms of the warranty, the parts are covered and the customer is responsible for labor, which I understand and accept. The technician who came out was professional and courteous, and I appreciated his service. The repair took approximately 20 minutes; however, the labor-only charge totaled $206.Given the limited time required to complete the repair, I found the labor cost to be excessive. Based on this experience, I will not be using Iconic for future services and would encourage others to compare pricing and service options before making a decision.

I was not in town and some family was staying at our home. Iconic Garage doors responded quickly and communicated every step of the way. Logan was our installer and he was the best! Called me 10 times over a 2 hour install to inform me what was happening and what changes they needed to make due to unforeseen issues. Over all I was very happy with the whole process and I would hire them again. They are a little pricey but after having to do this long distance and the warranty they offer, I would say they were worth it.

I’m sure others say this, but I don’t normally leave reviews but definitely need to when it comes to my experience with Iconic Garage Doors. They were incredibly responsive, easy to schedule with, had immediate openings, kept me informed on arrival time, and showed up when they said they would. The service tech Jay was incredibly professional and went above and beyond on my repairs. Would highly recommend the company of you are in need of repairs or installation.

Awesome experience with Iconic Garage Door Services LLC: prompt response and a very flexible schedule in setting up the appointment. I had a very pleasant experience with J and J. They were very knowledgeable and professional, explained the problem and the options we have, and offered absolutely no forced sales. They even upgraded our system at very good deals with very competitive pricing. Also appreciate that they stayed until the end to make sure everything was working properly and that we understood everything. Definitely will recommend for anyone who has garage door problems

After 32 years of using my old Lift Master chain garage door opener, it gave up the ghost! Called Iconic and the Crew of Carl & Austin installed my new system that is a Direct Drive system with the greatest care and professionalism! Took them about 7 hrs., but it works fantastically and includes WiFi control and Superb Safety Functions, etc!3 days later, there was a CLICKING ON THE NON MOTOR SIDE, and Iconic sent Tyler to fix the small problem, which he knew where the small adjustment was needed. He corrected the alignment that started two days later, after the initial installation!!! Works super good again, and should not be a problem again!!!Fantastic Crew that Iconic has to do Garage door Work, of any kind!!!Gerald A.

Our technician Patrick showed up EARLY, gave us a complete inspection and explained what needed to be done. He has at least 10 years of experience and he did the whole job in about an hour and a half. He spent the other 30 minutes answering our questions and explaining the estimate. He took away the old motor and springs, and showed us how to use the new equipment, including the phone app. Patrick gets five stars for sure. He was thorough, professional and quite personable. They are expensive compared to other estimates I received, but I believe I got a good product and service. Patrick is a good salesman as well. Recommended.

I recommend Iconic Garage door services. My experience with Victor was timely, professional, efficient, honest, and I'm very happy with the work that was done. Once we came to an agreement on price, the job was completed in a timely fashion. Also I recommend getting the maintenance deal. It's a great value. Look no further than Iconic, you won't regret it.

We needed a garage door repair, which is typically an emergency. This limits ones ability to do due diligence as to service providers. Consequently, I elected to use Iconic as their reviews appeared reasonable.While their service is professional, courteous and competent, their pricing is not. A comparison after the fact (and consulting with a friend who had had a similar repair done recently) indicated that their pricing is almost double that of alternative providers for the same service. They are also reluctant to give any pricing estimates over the phone (even a ballpark number). This should have been a warning sign.So why a 1 star review? Even though their service is friendly and competent, this in no way compensates for their (over)pricing.
