The guys that came out did an amazing job! We had someone else local try to install our garage door system and made some HUGE errors that resulted in the chain finally just breaking and falling off after a month. I knew for sure we’d need to buy yet another new system but Overhead was able to rework the previous work and get it working perfectly. I’m so thankful!

I have always gotten excellent service from this company for the few times I’ve had to call them.Just yesterday I had an entire new system installed as after 21 years the original had started to slow down.The new system works smoothly and flawlessly and even has WiFi capability so I can download an app to my phone and use it to open and close it with.But two new remotes also came with it.No matter which technician comes, Scottie or Chris, they both provide excellent service.

TL;DR: fraudulent billing.I called and asked if this company provided free estimates. The receptionist said they could. Their rep came out, took one look at the door, and said it couldn’t be repaired because the panels were too old and had been discontinued. I ask for a quote for a replacement. I received a quote, and along with it, a bill for $50. I contacted their office to ask what the bill was for, and they said it was for the service call. I reminded them that they offered me a free estimate, and they said the guy came out to repair it and there was a service charge to do so. (Mind you, he never touched the door.) Now, I understand that mix-ups can happen, but due to the fact that I reached out to speak with the manager in attempts to clear things up, and because the manager never gave me the courtesy of speaking to me directly about the issue (even at my request), but instead kept speaking through an operator, I cannot give them the benefit of the doubt—their actions are purposeful. Beware of their fraudulent business practices.

I had a torsion spring replaced, l was quoted 175 dollars. However, they replaced both springs and didn't ask me before they did it. I call the office and inquire about this because l didn't give permission. The receptions said she was going check and see why both werereplaced but she never did call back. It is so hard finding an honesty company. You should not have pay for services you didn't ask for.
